Position Statement
The Technical and Compliance Executive is a multifaceted executive responsible for the company's technical integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This role provides strategic leadership over all engineering and planning services, internal systems (IT Support and Development), project costing, and critical business process improvement, ensuring the organization scales effectively and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Technical, Engineering & IT Leadership (Expanded)
Technical Oversight: Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the Technical, Engineering, and Planning functions supporting Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH), Fibre-to-the-Business (FTTB), and overall network maintenance.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce stringent quality control (QC) standards for all technical installations and maintenance activities.
