Your Mission
As a Process Development Support Technician , you will play a key role in the development and integration of new products and technical solutions. You will act as a technical expert, answering customer and franchisee inquiries while ensuring documentation and testing processes maintain product quality and compliance. Additionally, you will conduct on-site studies and 3D scans in locations such as private homes, hotels, and cruise ships to kickstart the product development process.
