Position Overview:

The Technical and Provisioning Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting technical and assist provisioning team facilitating the smooth execution of technical support to customers and ensuring the efficient processing and assisting of customer concerns. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers regarding telecommunication systems, including both on-premises and cloud-based phone systems.

• Provision and configure telecommunication services and equipment, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing infrastructure.
