The Warranty Associate provides support to the Technical and Warranty Department by assisting with basic technical concerns, warranty claim processing, and customer coordination. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Field Support

• Assist in identifying and documenting basic technical issues related to company products
• Provide on-site support as a field technician when required, with guidance and training
• Record and report recurring technical concerns to senior team members

Warranty Claims Support

• Assist in reviewing and processing warranty claims from customers and dealers
• Ensure required documents are complete and properly submitted
• Update customers and dealers on the status of their warranty claims
