Job Description

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • A BSC degree/ National Diploma in Biomedical Technology or Degree is required for this role.

  • Must have worked in a laboratory environment as a Technician, Technologist or Scientist.

  • Previous experience dealing with customers is essential. 

  • Must have worked on LIS system and must be computer literate with MS Office.

  • Must understand scientific/medical terminology.

  • Previous experience as a TAS in a diagnostic equipment environment is preferred.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Supporting customers with analyser, application, operator, and reagent issues, working closely with the sales team to drive sales growth.

  • Growing product adoption, support installations and troubleshooting, train customers and field staff, and maintain accurate documentation/reporting.
