Technical Application/Baker Specialist

The Technical Application/Baker Specialist supports the daily operations of the Technical Center Department, reporting directly to the Technical Center Head. This role bridges technical expertise with cross-functional collaboration, focusing on:
Core Responsibilities
Recipe Development & Testing: Create, test, and catalogue recipes for Bakersfield products; support R&D and Sales with application testing.
Client Engagement: Conduct baking demos at bakeries and trade events; assist Marketing in seminars and workshops.
Sales Enablement: Train sales staff on baking techniques and product applications; support dealer sampling and ideation.
Event Support: Manage logistics and technical needs for trade fairs, demos, and marketing activities.
Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and IFS to fulfill sample requests, align on targets, and address customer feedback.
