Technical Architect – BIM

We are looking for a Technical Architect – BIM to join our Manila team—someone who is technically strong, BIM-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality interior architecture for global workplace projects.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with international teams, contribute to overseas projects, and grow within a collaborative, people-first design culture.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with global design teams to deliver innovative, functional interior design solutions that meet project and client objectives.
Develop and manage 3D models and technical documentation using Autodesk Revit & ACC/BIM 360.
Produce accurate and detailed construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications, aligned with industry standards and regulations.
