Define and maintain the enterprise-wide architecture vision, roadmap, and principles.
Align technology strategy with business goals, compliance, and risk frameworks.
Act as the trusted advisor to C-level executives on technology direction and innovation.
Establish and enforce architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, microservices, cloud-native).
