Technical Architect

United Kingdom (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.

This role requires deep platform expertise across ITSM, ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping), and ITAM, along with strong exposure to Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities within ServiceNow .

Responsibilities

• Define and design high-level ServiceNow architecture
• Lead new implementations, upgrades, and consolidations
• Align platform architecture with enterprise IT strategy
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SAML
• Lead CMDB enrichment aligned with CSDM
• Restructure Knowledge Management for AI enablement
• Rationalise and redesign service catalog taxonomy
