Job Description
Become a vital part of Electronic Arts as a Technical Artist, based in Vancouver with a hybrid work model. This role offers a chance to drive technical innovation and support creative teams.
In this 12-month contract position, you will develop essential production tools and manage workflows for artists across various EA SPORTS titles. With at least 3 years of production experience and strong communication skills, you’ll leverage technologies like Python and 3D art packages to solve technical challenges and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create tools to streamline content production
• Develop and apply asset optimization techniques
• Assist in resolving cross-project technical issues
• Provide support and guidance to artists and engineers
Requirements:
• 3+ years in game or movie production
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• Proficient scripting in Python or C#, C++ advantageous
