Consultancy for Technical Assessment and Selection of Appropriate Technology for Bio- input Production

Objective of the Consultancy

· To identify, evaluate, and recommend the most suitable technologies for production of the targeted bio-inputs from seaweeds.

· To produce a practical, evidence-based implementation guide and procurement/specification package for roll-out.

Specific Tasks / Scope of Work

The consultant will:

a. Review background materials (project reports, technical briefs, market scans) and literature on bio-input production technologies.

b. Conduct a rapid market survey of available technologies and suppliers in the Philippines (including, but not limited to: hardware, small-scale reactors/fermenters, extractors, dryers, mixers, packaging equipment, spare parts).
