Technical Assistant

Job Description:

1. Visitation of farms under the supervision of Field Veterinarian to assess health condition of flock and check any abnormalities base on the standards.
2. Check records of feed intake/ feed consumption either standard or below standard, and the flock's daily mortality.
3. Compare the feed inventory to the actual consumption to find out any discrepancies.
4. Conduct weight testing per routine farm visit and comparing the actual to the standard weight of chicken. Based on the result, make an outright recommendation to the branch head
5. Attend weekly production meeting conducted by the branch head and make technical reporting of his farm assignments.
6. Helping in preparing veterinary medicine for farm.
7. Assist in dressing plant or in farms for harvest weighing.
8. Assisting in hatchery for newly hatch day old chicks.
