Position Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality after-sales technical service by managing the warranty process, reviewing returned products, and controlling parts and accessories inventory. This position plays a key role in product evaluation, warranty validation, and technical review of defective units, ensuring efficient resource management and achievement of financial targets while maintaining excellent service standards.
