Job Description

Main Duties

 To assist the Technical Officer in supervising the routine maintenance progress & reporting the ad-hoc repair works request situation 

Prepare Works orders in the FM System and monitor the progress

Update all maintenance and repair work information in the FM system 

To supervise contractors to ensure the quality level up to standard workmanship and safety performance meets the department’s standards 

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Technical Officer/Facility Manager
Qualifications and Requirements
 Holder of Higher Diploma / Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Building Studies/Civil Engineering/Building Surveying, etc. 

Good skill in the application of Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD is an advantage

Possess a Grade A Registered Electrical Worker license is an advantage
