Job Responsibilities

• Assist Engineer in preparing and drafting tender and contract documents according to the standard operating procedure (SOP) and others related instruction regarding the tendering and contracting process. Ensure the comprehensiveness of the document and update accordingly as/when needed.
• Understand and able to guide on the tender and contract document term/jargon for tender and contract management.
• Work closely with other divisions towards completion of critical actions items affecting the projects and provide advice on general issues and problems related to contract administration.
• Able to advise on the document strategy which includes the contracting contract layout issues and contracting schedule.
• Preparation of the Division reports on the projects contractually highlighting their impact on cost and schedule.
