Technical Assistant

Job Summary

The Technical Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the Technical Chefs by assisting in ingredients preparation, inventory monitoring, purchasing coordination, and overall kitchen or demo area readiness. The role ensures smooth daily technical operations, accurate stock management, and timely procurement of materials needed for product demonstrations, client presentations, and internal testing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Culinary & Technical Support

• Assist Technical Chefs in preparation and portioning of ingredients for product demonstrations, client tastings, and training sessions.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients in compliance with food safety standards.
• Prepare equipment, tools, and workstations prior to technical demos or presentations.
• Support in post-demo clean-up and proper storage of materials and equipment.
