Demo & Delivery Preparation: Prepare, configure, and perform pre-checks on robots ahead of demos and deliveries, ensuring they are fully operational and ready for client handover. Coordinate with sales and operations on demo schedules and delivery timelines, troubleshooting any issues beforehand SLAM Mapping & Customer Support: Conduct SLAM mapping at client sites and fine-tune navigation parameters to suit each environment. Provide onsite and remote online support, guiding customers through robot operation, setup, and troubleshooting step by step.
