To accelerate the business growth of HNC through customer-centric science-backed solutions, the Technical Business Development Manager, Nutritional Lipids (Algal & Marine) & Human Milk Oligosaccharides (HMOs) has a critical in solution-selling – translating customer pain points into viable technical solutions by coordinating between the commercial and technical teams. The role supports the clear creation and delivery of science-backed technical value propositions and supports revenue growth for the business.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

+ Proactively identify and translate customer pain points into technical solutions by engaging directly with customers alongside Account Managers, thus supporting project conversion and value creation.
