As a Technical Business Analyst - Beam, you’ll play a key role in delivering end to end technical business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and service design across complex, multi stakeholder initiatives within ART. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, you will ensure alignment with strategic objectives while translating complex requirements into intuitive, user centred outcomes.
Day to day, you'll:
Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements, specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Product Design and Support to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to strategy and constraints.
