We are looking for a Business Analyst to collaborate with developers and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements; analyze current workflows; create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items; propose and implement improvements to requirements capture and management; act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation; support testing and validation to ensure delivered features meet business expectations; and establish lightweight processes and documentation where needed.
