Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst / Technical BA who is proficient in English and mandarin, adept at gathering requirements, and has coding experience to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of production systems by handling and resolving technical issues effectively.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.
Design and develop system solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
Work closely with developers to implement and enhance system functionalities.
Provide support during system deployment and post-implementation.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
Maintain documentation of system processes, user manuals, and technical specifications.
