Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for assigned projects, ensuring clear, traceable requirements aligned with project goals, and mentor junior analysts to maintain standards.
• Act as the main liaison for business analysis, collaborating closely with clients, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to shape solution scope and direction.
• Facilitate requirement elicitation through workshops and interviews, ensuring stakeholder alignment, timely decisions, and comprehensive documentation of functional and non-functional needs.
• Work with architects and developers to validate solution designs, assess feasibility, and ensure requirements are scalable and technically sound.
