Job Description

                    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field 
Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) 
Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst 
Hands‑on experience with system integration projects and data migration initiatives 
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) 
Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL queries, and data analysis 
Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.) 
Familiarity with API technologies, web services, and integration patterns 
Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) 
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint 
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities 
Strong written and verbal communication skills
