Technical Business Analyst - User Success & Enablement | Enterprise Data Management

Neuberger is seeking a Business Analyst to join the User Success and Enablement team within Enterprise Data Management (EDM). In this role, you will drive user adoption and platform utilization across enterprise data platforms by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and partnering closely with delivery teams. You will bring a product mindset — understanding user needs, shaping platform direction, and helping measure business value.

In this cross-platform role, you will serve as the critical bridge between a broad and diverse set of business stakeholders — including Portfolio Managers, Risk, Client Reporting, Marketing, and Operations — and technical teams spanning Cloud, Data Warehouse, Platform Engineering, Data Science, and BI & Analytics.
