Technical Business Analyst (with QA Experience)

Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst (BA) with strong Quality Assurance (QA) experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring high-quality delivery through hands-on involvement in testing and validation activities.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

+ Create clear artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, workflows, and process diagrams

+ Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for development teams

+ Act as a liaison between business, development, QA, and product teams

+ Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarifications in Agile environments
