We are seeking a Technical Business Developer with hands-on experience in Upwork and other freelancing platforms, capable of identifying opportunities, communicating technical solutions, and successfully closing deals with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through Upwork and similar platforms
Write effective proposals and bids for technical/IT projects
Understand client requirements and present suitable technical solutions
Negotiate pricing and close deals independently
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project scope and delivery
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Required Experience & Skills
Proven Upwork experience is mandatory (profile handling, bidding, client communication)
