Responsibilities:
Identify & develop new business opportunities on Upwork and other platforms
Build & maintain strong client relationships
Generate leads & follow up to convert them into projects
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Track business development metrics & report performance
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Developer, preferably on Upwork
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Ability to work independently & achieve targets
