In this role, you will assist the Manager of Procurement and Inventory Sales in sourcing aircraft parts and materials. You'll manage time-critical purchases and ensure compliance with Cargojet's policies. Your responsibilities include maintaining communication across departments and handling documentation related to procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and quote aircraft parts and materials
• Handle time-critical MEL purchase orders
• Ensure purchases comply with regulatory certifications
• Communicate with Maintenance and Stores on shipments
• Manage procurement document filing electronically
Requirements:
• High school diploma, Supply Chain Management preferred
• 3 years of aviation materials management experience
