• At least two (2) years of experience as a Purchaser in the power, energy, or petroleum industries
• Strong understanding of corporate philosophy, policies, plans, thrusts, and strategic directions
• Results-oriented, with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
• Highly skilled in building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers/contractors
• Analytical and numerically adept, with strong problem identification and solution skills
