JOB SUMMARY

The TECHNICAL CHEF MANAGER – UDON is responsible for overseeing UDON production standards, process optimization, equipment operation, and quality consistency across assigned stores. This role ensures strict adherence to food safety standards, production efficiency, and operational excellence in noodle-making processes.

This role will also lead training initiatives, develop SOPs, and support production planning to ensure consistent product quality aligned with brand standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee UDON Production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
