It looks like turning ideas into working systems, making smart architectural choices early, and creating technology that quietly but consistently supports students' learning journeys. Over time, success also means growing the technical vision, mentoring future team members, and helping StudyBuddy mature from an early-stage product into a trusted learning platform.
