Technical co-founder

Construction approvals are slow and bureaucratic. We're fixing that with AI, and we need a technical co-founder to build it with us.

This isn't a CTO job posting. It's a co-founder search. You'll own the technology from day one: Architecture, stack, infrastructure, and the team you eventually hire.

What you'll do

• Make all technical decisions and live with them
• Build AI systems that cut through approval bureaucracy
• Ship fast in a regulated industry where trust matters
• Turn messy regulatory logic into clean software
• Grow the engineering team as we scale

What we're looking for

• You've shipped products before, end to end
• Solid fundamentals across backend, cloud, and AI/ML
• You've worked in early-stage environments and dont need hand-holding
• Resilient. Ambitious. Thinks in years, not quarters.
