Carry out routine maintenance works and tasks, manage breakdowns, update technical documentation, and establish regular reporting. Ensure management and monitoring of technical alarms on system X, including acknowledgment and resolution. Perform activities in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Profile Confirmed technical experience in the building sector (sanitary, heating, electricity, etc.), with a keen sense of service and strong mastery of office tools (MS Office) and ability to manage tasks.
