You will be responsible for the following tasks related to IT Helpdesk Services (such as Chatbot, ITSM, Copilot, etc.):

・Leading proposal activities including solution planning for delivery projects involving the consideration and implementation of IT helpdesk services

・Driving migration projects as a technical lead, ensuring successful execution from a technical perspective

※ For delivery projects, your primary role will be to serve as the technical lead throughout the build process—from requirements definition to migration.
※ You may also be involved in projects related to concept development.
