Job Description

Overview
The Technical Consultant plays a critical role in implementing and supporting integrated technical solutions for clients, particularly where our systems interface with partner platforms such as Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). This role involves gathering and defining technical requirements, conducting business needs assessments, implementing solutions, and providing ongoing troubleshooting and support.
 Responsibilities 
Collaborate with clients and system integrators to ensure timely delivery of integrated solutions.
Act as a technical resource to identify, track, and resolve issues.
Partner with senior team members to proactively address potential roadblocks.
Work cross-functionally with partners, product management, and development teams to onboard new customers efficiently.
