360Learning is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for scoping custom technical and consulting projects, building custom solutions, coordinating with the Technical Services team and delivering on those projects for our clients. You will work closely with our sales and development teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
As a Technical Consultant, you are part of our implementation team, who plays a key role in seamlessly onboarding new customers: you are working cross department (Sales, Product and Customer Success) to understand and document client use cases and requirements and then translate them into set up and configuration of the 360Learning platform as well as specifications for the developm...
