Responsibilities
Senior Infrastructure Engineer / Product Implementation, Client Facing Project/BAU, 4th line support
Support across Windows Server 2019+, O365/Azure, SCCM/SCOM, Power Shell, Cloud/AWS/Azure
Cover Product, server, network, and application support/administration and implement solutions
Work closely with external customers and advise on full usage of systems and solutions
Own certain systems and platforms; develop deep technical knowledge; act as SME
Office-based role with onsite engagement, meetings, and stakeholder interaction up to C-Level Qualifications
