Technical Consultant with AEM

About the Role
Jointech Solutions is hiring a Junior/Mid‑Level AEM Developer to deliver customer solutions and contribute to architecture, integrations, and delivery quality. You'll work directly with clients, support technical decisions, and mentor junior team members.

What You'll Do

1. Design and develop AEM solutions for projects and support
2. Build reusable AEM components, templates, and services
3. Lead technical discovery and translate business needs into specs
4. Integrate AEM with third‑party systems and APIs
5. Define implementation best practices and contribute to standards
6. Deliver demos and POCs for customers
7. Review code and ensure quality, readability, and security
8. Collaborate across teams and lead day‑to‑day technical tasks

Must‑Have Skills

1. Strong Java and Java EE skills (Servlets, JSP, JSTL)
