Your Role
As an AU Technical Content Creator, you are responsible for:
1. Release & Knowledge Content Strategy

• Lead end-to-end creation and publishing of release notes tailored to Bustle personas.
• Translate product updates into clear, actionable content for drivers, ops, finance, and admin workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand features, writing for end-users, not developers.

2. Knowledge Base & Onboarding Content

• Maintain a structured, accurate, and persona-relevant knowledge base.
• Create content for new features with context on impacted users and application.
