About the Role

We are seeking a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to oversee our interior fit-out and renovation projects in Singapore. The incumbent will ensure that all works comply with statutory regulations, quality requirements, and workplace safety standards. The appointed RTO will also support our BCA Builder's Licence (Class 2) application and fulfil relevant regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project works to ensure compliance with BCA regulations, approved drawings, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and progress.
• Serve as the company's appointed Technical Officer  for the BCA Builder's Licence.
