Technical Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Encode (create digital copy) and Upload Tech Team Field Service Reports to Tech Team Google sheet.
• Review, Monitor and Endorse Job Orders in the Tech Team JO filing system.
• Process Car Schedules, Billing statements, Sales Invoice every week via the weekly Tech Team Itinerary.
• Process and submit weekly liquidations and Hazard Pay of Tech Team.
• Record and Transmittals of signed Field Documents to other GBC Teams.
• Support Internal/ External Clients with their request.

QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Secretarial or Business-Related Courses.
• At Least one (1) year experience as Service Coordinator.
• Must be willing to render overtime work when needed.
• Must be willing to report in Pasig, Kapitolyo.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
