Technical Coordinator

Responsibilities
Workout schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on the master programme, and continuously monitor the status
Supervise BIM modeller to produce Structural & Architectural shop drawings and obtain Consultant's approval
Review, coordinate and liaise effectively with Consultants and Subcontractors to develop the Construction details for Structural & Architectural works and the interface to other work trades
Ensure strict compliance with construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs and regulations, authorities' code and standards.
Verify site installation according to approved shop drawings and finalise as-built drawings
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture
Professional certificate recognised by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore Institute of Architects and/or equivalent overseas institution
