Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor, record, analyze, and submit fleet IMO DCS/EU MRV data in close coordination with the Technical Department.
- Track and update trading/non-trading certificates, ensuring up-to-date shared drive records for the entire fleet.
- Support Technical & Operations Superintendents with ship inspection reports and maintenance of inspection trackers.
- Provide assistance to the Operations Team with SIRE data uploads, HVPQ documentation, and crew matrix submissions.
- Oversee cargo, navigation, and mooring audits, maintaining status updates for compliance.
- Monitor Planned Maintenance System (PMS) overdue jobs and inform the Technical Department and vessels.
- Maintain fleet certificates on the Q88 platform, as well as monitor SPRO, COFR, ICB, and other USA trading documents.
