Technical CRM Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical CRM Consultant with deep expertise in SAP CRM, SAP ERP / S/4, ideally complemented by working knowledge of Salesforce.com and other enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex integrations across multiple systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead and subject matter expert for SAP CRM.
• Design, implement, and support end-to-end integrations between SAP systems, Salesforce.com, and other enterprise applications (middleware, APIs, web services, etc.).
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with a focus on process optimization and system interoperability.
• Support and enhance existing SAP CRM and salesforce.com landscapes, ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and performance.
