Job Description

Ensures customer concerns were addressed accordingly.

Provides fast and efficient after-sales service support.

Assists the customers with all of their requests/inquiries.

Provides immediate and accurate solutions and remedies to customers' requests/inquiries, if possible. Demonstrates proficiency with the functions/features of the computer system, particularly the customer database.

Coordinates with all the departments, depending on the customers' inquiries/requests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,127.92 per month
