Job Description

+ For our main customer, act as the primary technical contact for all services related topics (Maintenance, Overhaul, Repairs and Upgrade).
+ Lead and coordinate technical support for customer issues, including safety cases and urgent problem resolution.
+ Consolidate and prepare technical offers and tender documentation for Services , ensuring alignment with OE when necessary.
+ Oversee execution of TSG projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
+ Partner with our Centers of Competence (brakes, doors, HVAC, couplers, ...
