Job Objective
Supervise production during the assigned shift and coordinate technical support for customers, ensuring product quality, compliance with standards, and customer satisfaction.
Main Functions
Address customer complaints and technical claims.
Plan follow‐up visits to monitor product performance.
Represent the company in technical support activities with customers.
Advise on troubleshooting production issues.
Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams.
Supervise and follow up on action plans.
Coordinate testing of new products.
