Your Role
Being a Technical Specialist within the Customer Success team, you will provide technical consulting to the Customer Success team, and ensure a relief for the operational departments in concerns of technical request/ subjects addressed by the customers. Furthermore, you will support the Incident Coordinator function, within the local incident process.
You will achive your targets by: raising the efficiency of customer requests processing by providing technical expertise in customer meetings and supporting the team; ensuring a timely response in case of an incident and acting as the main source of support for the Incident Manager; and by ensuring efficient communication with our customers, what is measurable through the internal system (e.g. response time, resolution time and further KPIs).
