Our Client are looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist  to join our on-site team in Malta . In this role, you will support operational activities, handle agent queries, and monitor gaming systems in real time. Key Responsibilities  
Handle agent requests via written communication and provide timely support 
Operate and manage back-end game tools
