Technical Delivery Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead technical projects and change initiatives from start to finish, including planning, resource management, and reporting
- Initiate and implement technical changes in operations and infrastructure
- Act as a link between technical teams and the business, ensuring deliveries meet expectations
- Monitor and report progress, results, and deviations to stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of methods, routines, and processes
- Participate actively in the execution of technical changes and improvements
- Ensure that projects and changes are carried out with high quality and mínimal risk
- Collaborate closely with other teams to support the company’s strategic initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or equivalent
- Experience in managing technical projects and change initiatives
